When can we get tickets?

Advance ticket sales to guarantee entry will be available from our Tickty site or (assuming we haven't sold out) you can buy tickets on the door. Tickets are valid for the whole the day purchased, meaning you can come and go throughout the day as long as you keep your wristband.

Do I have to buy a glass?

You will need a glass in order to get served at our bars. A deposit for a souvenir glass is included in your first token purchase but if you don't want to take it home then you can return it on your way out of the festival for a refund. If you want to bring your own glass then that is ok, but they MUST have legal measure lines / marks on them.

What is your smoking / vaping policy?

There will designated smoking areas inside the festival grounds. You can only smoke / vape in these areas

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! We are a dog friendly event and will have water bowls outside, but please bring your own dog treats!

Are children welcome?

Yes, well behaved children accompanied by a responsible adult are welcome during the festival hours. Please do not allow anyone under the age of 18 who you are supervising to go to the bars as they cannot be served. Soft drinks are available from the club house bar.

How do we buy drinks?

We operate a token system at all festival bars, with the exception of the rugby club bar. No cash or cards will be accepted at these locations. Drinks are priced by the third, half and pint measures. You can purchase tokens using cash or debit/credit cards (excluding American Express) at the festival in £10 increments which are fully refundable during the festival if not used. Please ensure you have taken any unused tokens to our returns point in the club house before you leave the site, or alternately donate them to our nominated charities. Please be aware that tokens are effectively cash and should be treated as such – we will not replace lost tokens.
